Shifu Interviewed by NYorkers.com

Shifu Shi Yan Ming was recently interviewed by Moon Shot Productions for the upcoming website NYorkers.com. The new website will celebrate the diversity of New York by highlighting various New Yorkers from all walks of life and backgrounds, and answer the question “What does it mean to be a New Yorker?”.

During the interview, Shifu answered questions about why he chose to come to New York when he first came to the US, what he loves about the city, and talked about the new upstate temple. He also demonstrated qigong as well as several weapons and empty hand forms.
